We love what we do. We get to play our favorite music with our best friends. We are also lucky enough to have people that actually enjoy coming to see us play. We’ve had the opportunity to play some great venues along side some legendary musicians over the years. But what makes it all worth while is to be able to do what you love and help people at the same time. This Saturday, April 27th is one of those times. We are playing the KV & Friends Benefit Jam for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Opening the night will be our good friend Matt Marquardt’s sons’ band, Bet Me I’m Lying. Matt is a good friend from High School and his son’s band has been touring with national acts and has a very bright future. We play the middle set from 9pm-10:30. Our good friend Glen Griffith (and former Outpatient) brings his new funk band, Cosmic Slop, to finish out the night with a set that is sure to make you get up and dance. All the bands are doing this for free. We are all doing our part to help the kids. Children shouldn’t have to worry about things like this. With your help we can help support the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and find a cure to Juvenile T1 Diabetes. Thanks to David Veghte, Leigh Veghte and the Suncoast Classics Sports Association for inviting us to be a part of this great event. We really do love what we do!
